Stephanie Dawn Hawkins, the Creative Producer and Founder of Dawning on LLC, created and facilitated a workshop for Squarespace web designers and business owners at the Squarespace Circle Day event in NYC. With her expertise in end-to-end creative production, Stephanie aimed to equip her fellow Squarespace designers with practical tools and insights to help them grow their content strategies in a conscious and sustainable manner.

The attendees were already experienced Squarespace designers, each with a minimum of 6 web accounts each. The Conscious Creator workshop offered participants a new perspective on the importance of mindset in creating an adaptive and growing content strategy.

The overall objective of the workshop was to provide attendees with supportive creative resources. Through a combination of interactive exercises and group discussions participants were able to tap into their personal purpose behind consciously creating content.

Based on the feedback from workshop participants, Stephanie created four creative personas . These personas are the "Balancing Act," the "Full-time/Flex," the "Formula Follower," and the "Self-Care-ator." These personas offer a deeper understanding of the needs and motivations of conscious content creators as a community.

This workshop was a valuable learning experience for Squarespace web designers and business owners in attendance. As well as for the facilitator herself. They all left with a deeper understanding of the importance of mindset in creating a content strategy that is both effective and sustainable for future growth.
